Truly, you always send a competent crew but these guys hit it out of the park. I’m not good with names but there were two that really stood out...maybe you’ll know by their assignments. Both were the more older guys in the crew, both bald headed. I think one was even a teacher. One worked mainly the front gate, the other the doorway on the patio leading into the restaurant. All of the boys were good, no complaints, but these two guys handled the most important spots requiring being sharp and on their toes. For the first time in our 13 year history we had an obnoxious drunk/stoned individual that we needed to eject. One of the younger crew members initiated the action and handled it professionally. The jerk wouldn’t cooperate and we needed to call the police for assistance (subsequently he was arrested for disorderly conduct, spent the night in jail). We stood back and let your crew do their job and were really impressed with their calmness, professionalism and efforts to de-escalate the confrontational situation. Fairmount Holdings Inc. and Fairmount Security Services is proud to announce that as of September 1st, 2019, the Company has been awarded the Contract for Provision of Parking Control and Crossing Guard Services in the City of Owen Sound, ON.
Fairmount now has 15 Full time Employees and 32 part time Employees working the Grey and Bruce area. The discovery of Fairmount was a huge blessing. Fairmount provide's me with driving and security escort services. I can no longer get from point another with out somebody with me. Fairmount is always there to help on time, cooperative and proficient to detail. It didn’t matter where I had to go they made sure that I got there and that I was safe. All of there staff are willing to take instruction with helping me with my injury and making sure regular things got done such as groceries and continue to do that on a ongoing basis. I have made an everlasting friendship with Fairmount Staff.

We use Fairmount security services for all of our licence functions. Fairmount consistently sends the same guards making it easier to set the expectation for our guests and helps the event run a lot smoother. All employees always show up well dressed, informative and ready to work. They are always cooperative with event staff even when plans change. Holiday Inn & Conference Centre, Essa Road, Barrie, ON Ken Johnston, General Manager. Security Guard service is a significant amount of improvement. Guards are very thorough checking doors and perimeters. Very approachable and pleasant Staff. Night Auditors feel safer knowing Fairmount Security Services is on the Job. Security approach toward Guards from Guests has declined. We are happy to have Fairmount Staff on duty. Excellent Service.
