Security Courses / Training Offered Through Fairmount
Fairmount provides a wide variety of training to all staff in order to improve our effectiveness and customer service for our customers and the public.
We have an annual general training meeting in order to go over work-place-safety, re-establish the importance of being diligent in our duties and notes as well as learning new skills and remaining up to date in regards to legislation.
This is made mandatory for all staff. All training is in-house and paid allowing us to perfect each guards skills keep them current.
